Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of providing outdoor wedding catering for a beautiful summer wedding reception at The Tractor Barn, Stone Siding Events, near West Haddon, Guilsborough, Northamptonshire. The happy couple welcomed 60 guests, and the warm evening sunshine created the perfect setting for live paella cooking.
From the moment guests arrived, they enjoyed drinks, spectacular countryside views and a relaxed atmosphere before gathering around our paella pans as dinner was served.

- 20 portions of Vegetarian Paella
We prepared every portion fresh on-site using our live cooking setup. Consequently, guests enjoyed food that had been cooked only moments before serving.
The wonderful aromas of saffron, paprika, chicken and Spanish chorizo quickly attracted attention. Before long, guests gathered around the pans to watch the final stages of cooking before collecting their meals.

Many guests stopped to compliment the food, while others returned for second helpings. Seeing smiling faces around the paella pans always reminds us why we love what we do.
