More Than Just Catering
For me, paella has never been just about the food. It’s about bringing people together. Family, friends and colleagues can relax, laugh and create lasting memories.
One of my favourite moments at every event is seeing guests gather around the giant paella pans. As the aromas fill the air, conversations begin, cameras come out and people naturally become part of the experience before they’ve even taken their first bite.
Although every event is different, my goal is always the same: to serve fantastic authentic Spanish paella with friendly, professional service that people will remember long after the event has finished.

I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion for authentic Spanish cooking into a career. Since then, I’ve catered weddings, private celebrations and corporate events throughout the UK.
Whether I’m cooking for 50 guests in a family garden or serving hundreds of people at a major corporate event, I genuinely enjoy every occasion. After all, every event is unique, every client is different and every gathering brings new memories.
Most importantly, seeing guests smiling, enjoying the food and coming back for another helping makes all the hard work worthwhile. That’s exactly why I still love doing what I do after more than a decade.

Our Story
I founded Your Paella in 2011 with one simple goal. I wanted to bring authentic Spanish paella to events across the UK and create experiences guests would remember.
What began as a passion for traditional Spanish cooking has grown into a trusted nationwide catering business. Since then, we’ve catered weddings, private parties and corporate events of every size, always focusing on quality ingredients, friendly service and the theatre of live cooking.
Rather than serving food from a kitchen, every paella is freshly prepared on-site using our unique Paella Cart and giant traditional pans. As a result, guests naturally gather around the cooking, creating conversation, excitement and a memorable atmosphere before the meal is even served.
Today, we’ve proudly catered for thousands of guests throughout the UK.

Since founding Your Paella in 2011, I’ve had the privilege of catering at weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, festivals and prestigious public occasions across the UK. Every event has helped shape the business and strengthen my passion for authentic Spanish cooking.
One unforgettable moment came when I met His Majesty King Charles III while catering at a public event. Although it was a brief encounter, it remains a proud milestone in the journey of Your Paella and a reminder of the incredible variety of events we’ve been trusted to cater.
